Tasting Notes:

This blend was developed to make the perfect cold brew and iced coffee.   It has light acidity balanced with sweet brown sugar and rich dark chocolate notes.

For iced coffee, I generally just brew my coffee a little stronger than usual and either add ice or throw it in the refrigerator to cool down, if I can wait that long.   Add your favorite flavor and/or creamer and you have a deliciously refreshing cup of iced coffee.

For cold brew, I usually follow 1:8 coffee to water ratio but you can make it stronger or weaker to your liking.  Let that sit for 12-24 hours, remove the grounds and refrigerate.  I also prefer my cold brew with some creamer and a little flavoring or sweetener.  Pumpkin spice with a little oat milk and I am one happy camper!
