This is an amazing blend that we are calling our Market Blend.  This special blend had beans from Guatemala, Brazil, and Bali that make an incredible brew when blended just right.   Through some trial and error, we were able to make an amazing coffee with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla and cedar!
