Please note that your coffee is roasted fresh once you place your order. We do not keep roasted coffee on hand which could allow it to go stale. Please allow 3-5 days to account for roasting and packaging.
 
These 11oz filters can be used like a regular pour over to make a really great, strong cup.  Just grind your coffee, place the filter on the mug, add the grounds and top filter, and add your hot water!  
To make Vietnamese coffee, add some sweetened condensed milk to your mug and brew the coffee directly onto that. If you want to try something new, try adding a tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk and a tablespoon coconut cream to your cup; delicious!
My favorite way to use the filter is to fill a mason jar (you could use a mug as well) with ice, use some extra grounds to make it extra strong, and then brew the coffee right onto the ice. It makes for an extremely smooth and refreshing iced coffee.
